When we were children, our grandmother aged Changnyeong garlic with beef — lifting odor and softening every fiber — then grilled it with whole garlic cloves.

That fragrance and the gentle heat of garlic became our memory of happiness. We kept her recipe, studied it, and protected it. We bring you the taste of that childhood — in one bite of meat. In a Nampo alley in Busan, beneath tungsten light, between hanji panels and floor-seated rooms — the bones of a 1970s Korean galbi house, kept exactly as they were.

What are your hours and is there a break time?
Monday opens at 3:00 PM through 1:00 AM the next day; Tuesday through Saturday from 1:00 PM through 1:00 AM; Sunday from 1:00 PM through 2:00 AM. There is no break time, and we recommend placing your last order one hour before close.
What should I order on a first visit?
For a first visit, we recommend the Half-and-Half pan (Raw + Spicy, 450g, ₩36,000) — Changnyeong-garlic-aged raw galbi-sal and the spicy version, side by side. A complimentary kimchi-eomuk stew comes with your seat.
What is Changnyeong-garlic aging?
Following grandmother's recipe, we age Hanwoo galbi-sal with Changnyeong garlic to lift the odor and soften the fibers, then grill it together with whole garlic cloves. Sharp garlic warmth meets a soft galbi-sal bite — the traditional taste, kept.
Can I book a private room or come as a group?
Floor-seated rooms host 4 to 16 guests, and group seating runs 4 to 16 as well. For groups of 21 or more, please call the venue in advance so we can prepare the right space.
Is parking available?
We do not have dedicated parking. We recommend coming by Line 1 Nampo Station on foot, or using nearby paid lots. The Nampo-dong / Bupyeong-dong market alley is best reached by public transit.
How does the highball ₩100 event work?
Guests in their 20s receive a highball at ₩100 — one per guest, with ID required for age verification. Please ask at the venue for details.
What's the average spend per person?
Per-person spend typically runs ₩20,000–60,000. Two guests sharing a pan (₩35,000–37,000) with sides usually come out around ₩25,000 per person; courses run from ₩40,000 per person.
