Our Story
When we were children, our grandmother aged Changnyeong garlic with beef — lifting odor and softening every fiber — then grilled it with whole garlic cloves.
That fragrance and the gentle heat of garlic became our memory of happiness. We kept her recipe, studied it, and protected it. We bring you the taste of that childhood — in one bite of meat. In a Nampo alley in Busan, beneath tungsten light, between hanji panels and floor-seated rooms — the bones of a 1970s Korean galbi house, kept exactly as they were.
